Finding Erotica (FE) wants you to enjoy your shopping experience. If your purchase is damaged, the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color, a refund can be requested for eligible products 10 days from the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at email@example.com with the following information.
- Your name
- Product name
- Product #
- Reference #
- Photo or Video of the item in question
- Reason for refund request
Items that are final sale and are not eligible for a refund are listed below. If eligible, we will issue a refund for the merchandise and taxes if applied, but not your original shipping fee.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
MaleBasics products that meet the criteria listed below must be returned within10 days of receiving them and are available for store credit only. Eligible products other than Male Basics items are only available for refund and/or reorder.
There are absolutely no exchanges for any purchased product.
Before making a purchase, please be sure you have selected the correct size, color, and desired item. View the available sizing chart for all clothing products.
All product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or short shipments must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt of goods with the same product information and validation requested above.
If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, please notify the carrier immediately. Check if the box has been re-taped and make a list of damaged items. Please keep the original shipping box and packing materials. When the process with the carrier is completed, contact email@example.com with the claim number from the carrier accompanied by the product information requested above.

- Any item that has been worn, used, or subjected to destructive conditions.
- Underwear including Panties and Men's Underwear
- Sale items
- Bondage kits
- Sexual Wellness products: vibrators, lubes, massage oils, body paints, lotions, candle soaps and gels.
- Items with tags removed
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume
- Items with lotion or body glitter on them
- Items with human & animal/pet hair on them
- Items that are soiled or stained
- Items that have been laundered
- Items not returned in original packaging
- Items not returned as a complete set
- Items that lack shipping labels
- Gift Cards
Once your product has been approved for a return, you will be provided with a shipping address. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returned items.
